Las Vegas, Nevada

The great thing about eating in Vegas is you can find something to eat 24 hours, no matter the time of the day. You could eat breakfast for dinner or dinner for breakfast; Your choice! Although I've eaten at many places here, I've selected my favorite go-to restaurant..

Oyster Bar

Open 24hrs everyday, at the Oyster Bar, they offer more than oysters. From Creole gumbo to the Bourbon Street Jambalaya, this is the place to be if you're wanting food for the soul. They prepare your meals directly in front of you while you're literally smelling the sauces/seasonings as it's being prepared and cooked. In doing so, it heightens your experience to prepare you for what's coming.

Their Cajun-style seafood, cooked-to-order offers heart warming dishes to the freshest raw oysters. Another plus is that you're given a spiciness preference. From zero spice to hot fire spiciness, they cater to your tongue's preference.

Combo pan roast (which comes with shrimp, crab, and lobster) with and added andouille sausage + BBQ peel and eat shrimp

* You can add your level of spiciness to any meal prepared. Just tell the chef what you want and he'll get it cookin' right up!
